David Yurman adds new chief financial, people officers

Luxury jewelry brand David Yurman has added to its C-suite with two new appointments.

Chris Clipper joins the brand as chief financial officer, overseeing the company's financial strategy and operations. Prior to joining David Yurman, Clipper held leadership roles as CFO of Ralph Lauren North America, Nike North America, Warner Media, and started his career in investment banking, bringing over 25 years of experience to the company.

Robert Lepere has joined Davi Yurman as chief people officer, leading all aspects of the company’s People & Culture group, including talent acquisition, learning & development and HR operations. Lepere joins the brand with over 25 years of experience in retail human resources. Most recently, he served as chief people officer at Casper and Fullbeauty Brands, and held leadership roles at Ascena Retail Group and Gap, Inc.

“I’m excited to step into the role of chief people officer and work alongside Evan and Emily [Yueh, chief administrative officer] to further David Yurman’s mission of becoming a destination employer where our people are considered the heartbeat of our business’ success” said Lepere. “I am committed to fostering an environment where our team members are inspired to achieve excellence, continue to amaze our clients, and feel valued.”

David Yurman operates 51 retail stores in the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong and France, and its collections can be found at more than 300 locations worldwide.
