Centennial's Santa Ana property adds five new tenants

Anchored by Macy’s and JCPenney, MainPlace is home to 150 shopping, dining, service and entertainment options.

MainPlace Mall in Orange County, Calif. will soon welcome new tenants.

Located in Santa Ana, the Centennial-owned three-story regional center is expected to welcome five new tenants by the end of the year’s third-quarter. Visitors to the center will soon be able to check out apparel, pop culture, gaming retailers and more, as well as three new local businesses.

MainPlace’s newest tenants include the following businesses.

  • FYE Open now, the new FYE store at MainPlace features 6,326 sq. ft. of pop culture merchandise – from collectibles to apparel, snacks, albums, and more.
  • Express The apparel retailer’s new 7,900-sq.-ft. store at the Santa Ana mall is now open, featuring men’s and women’s apparel.
  • Flowers on Wheels A local Orange County business, Flowers on Wheels offers floral designs and fresh flower arrangements. The 1,200-sq.-ft. store is expected to open before September.
  • Lollicup Fresh SoCal chain Lollicup Fresh offers guests handcrafted beverages, fresh snacks, and meals – including flavored teas, milk, lemonade, slushies, smoothies, cold brews, popcorn chicken, pizza, and french fries. The 1,328-sq.-ft. location is also expected to be open before September.
  • WOW Games Also a local business, WOW Games specializes in new and used games and systems, art, TCG cards, and gaming accessories. The 1,326-sq.-ft. space is open now.

Anchored by Macy’s and JCPenney, MainPlace is home to 150 shopping, dining, service and entertainment options including H&M, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, California Pizza Kitchen, Boudin SF, 24 Hour Fitness, Candeeland, LensCrafters, Picture Show Theater, and Round One Bowling & Amusement.
