Celerant is debuting new solutions at the NRF 2023 “Big Show” conference.

Enterprise retail software provider Celerant is integrating mobile shopping apps with its platform.

Celerant is exhibiting its end-to-end enterprise retail system and debuting new mobile shopping apps the NRF 2023 “Big Show” conference in New York, Jan. 15-17, at booth #5831. Solutions include mobile POS, in-store kiosks, e-commerce, online marketplace integrations and back office software.

The back office suite includes solutions for products and pricing, inventory/warehouse management, automated fulfillment and shipping integrations, purchase orders, loyalty rewards and promotions, CRM, ERP, accounting, and reporting.

In addition, Celerant now offers mobile shopping apps which enable retailers to offer omnichannel fulfillment options such as same-day curbside and buy-online-pickup-in-store pickup. The apps are integrated into Celerant’s back office system, so retailers can leverage a centralized database to update products and pricing and manage sales from across all retail channels in real-time. Retailers can make a branded version of the app available to download via for iOS and Android devices.

Celerant‘s mobile shopping apps are also designed to enable retailers to send personalized and targeted push notifications directly to customers’ phones based on triggers such as past purchases, abandoned carts and brand preferences; as well as send mass messages for storewide sales and holiday specials.

The apps can also be combined with Celerant’s integrated email automation, SEO services, social media marketing and content creation solutions to help drive traffic and sales, both in-store and online.

“As the industry changes, small-to-mid-sized retailers are evaluating newer technology. At Celerant, our goal is to provide a single solution with cutting-edge technology typically available to big box retailers with virtually unlimited budgets,” stated Ian Goldman, president and CEO of Celerant. “Leveraging a single vendor, as opposed to integrating disparate, best-in-breed systems, results in faster implementation, reduced overhead and training time, and fewer technical setbacks. Being a single software provider, we truly understand our clients’ business needs and are able to help them succeed and be more completive.”
