Bed Bath & Beyond makes three new executive appointments

Coinciding with its ongoing business transformation, Bed Bath & Beyond has named a new president, as well as a new chief administrative officer and finance chief.

Eugene Castagna has been named president and chief operating officer. Castagna has been with the company since November 1994, and has served as COO since 2014. Previously, he served as chief financial officer and treasurer from 2006 to 2014, and as VP, finance from 2000 to 2006.

The company has also promoted Susan Lattmann to chief administrative officer. She was previously the company's CFO and treasurer. Lattmann has been with Bed Bath & Beyond since 1996, and served as CFO since 2014. Prior to that role, she served as VP, finance from 2006 to 2014, as VP, controller from 2001 to 2006, and as controller from 2000 to 2001.

In addition, Robyn D'Elia, was promoted to CFO and treasurer. D’Elia, who has been with the company since 1996, was formerly VP, finance, since 2015. Prior to that role, she served as VP, controller from 2006 to 2015, VP, financial planning and control in 2006, and assistant controller from 2000 to 2006. Prior to joining the company, D'Elia was with the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen.
