Arsenal Yards, the Wilder Companies’ four-year-old instant neighborhood on the edge of Cambridge and in biking distance of Boston continues to grow.

Wilder, which partnered with Boylston Companies to build this project on the site of an old U.S. Army ordnance depot on the Charles River, has announced the arrival of more than a dozen new tenants that will grow its tenant roster by 30%.

Arsenal Yards, whose 250,000-sq.-ft. of retail is accompanied by 300 apartments, a Hampton by Hilton Hotel, and 400,000-sq.-ft of lab and life science office space will now house new tenants that include Bond Vet, Restore Hyper Wellness, Skin Laundry, F45 Training, and dining options Chip City and Butterbird.

“After a successful year of numerous openings and bustling community events, we could not be more thrilled to kick off 2023 strong with even more exciting new additions to the neighborhood,” said Tom Wilder, principal of Wilder.

Arsenal Yards replaced the site of an old shopping mall in Watertown, Mass., to take advantage of a growing number of tech and biotech companies that laid down roots in the town throughout the last decade. It’s also benefitted from Boston residential overflow by adding housing and creating an urban-flavored neighborhoood in the city’s outskirts.

Other tenants at the project include Home Depot, Old Navy, Marshalls, Nike, Chipotle, Pure Barre, and Marshalls.
