After eight years of managing new builds, renovations, and dispositions for the nation’s largest movie theater chains, Stephanie Baldwin will now do the same for one of the largest owner-operators of outdoor retail centers.

AMC Theaters veteran Baldwin has joined DLC Management Corp. as senior VP of construction management and has assumed responsibility for construction-related issues throughout the company’s national portfolio of properties. DLC’s portfolio of 60-plus centers stretches from Maine to Florida to Texas.

A 15-year retail real estate veteran, Baldwin was most recently VP of global analysis at AMC. She previously served as VP of real estate for the cinema chain.

“Having gotten to know her skills and abilities across multiple transactions as a tenant in our portfolio, we know that Stephanie will be a top impact maker in our redevelopment and re-creation of numerous existing and future DLC assets,” said Adam Ifshin, Founder and CEO.
