Native online brands continue to join the tenant roster at PREIT's Cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey.

Prominent online brands continue to expand to high-profile physical retail locations, the latest being Amazon 4-Star and Warby Parker signing leases at the super-regional Cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey.

The two stores are set to open in the first half of 2022, joining other recently opened DTC bands Peloton and Purple, an innovative mattress company, at Cherry Hill. The 1.3-million-sq.-ft. mall underwent a $220 million redevelopment crowned by an outdoor-entry restaurant row that includes The Capital Grille, Maggiano’s, and Seasons 52.

"We have long believed that at the confluence of online and offline retail lives a great customer experience,” said PREIT CEO Joseph F. Coradino. “The physical world allows for an unmatched marketing opportunity for brands to engage with consumers and to offer instant gratification sought by so many."

Also new at Cherry Hill Mall are Miniso, a Japanese-inspired brand offering a wide variety of household and personal care products and Dynamite, a Canadian apparel store in which shoppers scan items they want to try on and have chosen sizes brought to them in dressing rooms.
