Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce will bring burlesque to Easton's New District.

Seven new brands will be expanding the offerings at the nation’s Top Retail Center Experience this year.

Alo Yoga, Fount, and Jo Malone London will follow Allbirds (opening this week) into Columbus’s Easton Town Center, whose 4 million-plus sq. ft. of GLA houses more than 250 retail, entertainment, and food-and-beverage tenants.

New dining spots just opened at Easton are Kona Grill, Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce, and Weenie Wonder.

Forty Deuce is a New York style pizzeria with a “hidden” nightclub from Ivan Kane, who debuted this concept in New York and Las Vegas. It’s a family joint until 8 p.m. when drinking-age clientele pass through the kitchen to gain entrance to the nightclub, where burlesque shows are backed by a live band.

It and Kona Grill, whose Hawaiian-inspired menu of ribeye meatballs and sea bass sliders serve customers across the U.S., will be joined on Easton’s restaurant roster by hot dog hotspot Weenie Wonder.

Alo Yoga’s stock stars eco-aware and sweatshop-free activewear that’s designed to be in fashion on the street as well as in the studio.

Founded by the Ohio-based husband-and-wife team of Phillip and Jackie Wachter, Fount uses uses leather ethically sourced from food manufacturers to craft bags that mimic the designs of an Italian tannery founded in the 19th Century.

Jo Malone London is a British fragrance and lifestyle brand that sells cologne and scents for bath, body, and home.

Founded only seven years ago in New Zealand, Allbirds’ sustainably produced shoes became a fashion force in Silicon Valley, spread across America, and became a billion-dollar brand. Its Easton store will bring it close to 60 U.S. locations.

Managed by Steiner + Associates, Easton Town Center does more than $1 billion a year in business and is ranked among the 30 highest-performing retail centers in the U.S.

Three years ago it opened The New District, whose tenants include RH Columbus-The Gallery at Easton Town Center; Aloft Hotel;  Arhaus; Boss Gal Beauty Bar; Forbidden Root; Dragon Donuts; Pins Mechanical, and True Food Kitchen.
