Ala Moana Center's Halloween festivities return
Ala Moana Center is once again going big for Halloween this year.
Hawaii’s largest open-air shopping center is inviting families to celebrate Halloween with its annual Ala-Ween Spooktacular on Saturday, Oct. 31. The family-friendly event at the Honolulu mall will feature trick-or-treating at more than 100 stores and restaurants, a dance party, prize giveaways and more. The festivities will also take place throughout October with a scavenger hunt, seasonal merchandise and themed dining experiences.
On Halloween, free entertainment and activities will also take place throughout the evening in the Mauka Wing, including a lively dance party hosted by The Hawaii DJ and prize giveaways on Mall Level 2, complimentary balloon creations on Mall Level 2, and Halloween-themed photo opportunities throughout the center.

Families are encouraged to arrive early for trick-or-treating.
Spooky Fun Scavenger Hunt
From Oct. 1-31, families can explore Levels 2 and 3 of the Mauka Wing in search of six spooky characters hidden at stores throughout the area. To participate, guests can pick up a scavenger hunt sheet at Guest Services, and write down the name of the store where each character is located. Completed sheets may be returned to Guest Services to receive a prize while supplies last.
Halloween Shopping and Dining
Throughout October, Ala Moana Center retailers will get into the Halloween spirit with seasonal merchandise, special promotions, themed dining experiences and other festivities.

•Ahi & Vegetable – Receive a buy one, get one free mini poke bowl coupon with Halloween candy on Oct. 30 and 31.
•Barnes & Noble – Shop a variety of Halloween merchandise throughout the season.
•BedMart – Enjoy special Halloween savings on select mattresses and products on Oct. 31.
•Big Island Candies – Seasonal jack o lantern totes available from now until Oct. 31, while supplies last.
•Brug Bakery – Enjoy a selection of Halloween-themed baked goods and seasonal treats.
•Fanfancy+ – Stop by from 4-7 p.m. on Oct. 31 for a sweet surprise featuring select Fanfancy+ products.
•Ghost Bar – The popular Halloween pop-up returns with specialty cocktails served in a spooky setting. Ghost Bar will be open nightly from Oct. 16-31, from 6 p.m. to midnight on Street Level 1, ʻEwa Wing.
•Green Planet CBD – Enjoy 30% off “shadowy brews” (CBD products), plus receive 15% off next purchase from now until Oct. 31.
•Hot Topic – Shop seasonal fashion, horror movie accessories, blind boxes and more.
•Jungle Fun Island – Enter an in-store Halloween costume contest on Oct. 31 for a chance to win a $50 game card.
•Kids City Adventure – Join Spooky Dance Parties from Oct. 26-31. On Oct. 31, receive a free frozen treat with paid child admission.
•Longs Drugs - Stock up on Halloween candy and treats for trick-or-treaters throughout October.
•Lucky Strike Social – On Oct. 31 from 4-7 p.m., keiki ages 14 and younger can enjoy free entry for a chance to win giveaways from the Prize Box Claw Machine.
•Reyn Spooner – Shop the new Peanuts Great Pumpkin shirt, featuring Charlie Brown in a festive design inspired by the beloved Halloween classic.
•SoHa Living – Shop Halloween décor and seasonal home accessories now through the end of October.
