A&G Real Estate director cops two awards
An eight-year veteran of mergers and acquisitions at A&G Real Estate Partners has been honored with two awards for her dealmaking this year.
Alexandra Graiser, a senior managing director at the New York-based real estate advisory firm — The M&A Advisor’s 17th Annual Emerging Leaders Award and Global M&A Network’s Americas Rising Star Dealmaker Award.
Graiser, who joined A&G in 2018 from FTI Consulting, where she began her career in corporate finance and restructuring, has led advisory efforts on several high-profile retail cases including Sleep Number, Party City, Chico’s FAS, Destination Maternity, Stage Stores, GNC, Rite Aid, Equinox, Blink Fitness and SoulCycle.
“In an industry shifting toward strategic advisory and relationship-building as valuable differentiators, investments in people like Alexandra who deliver high-quality client service are what separate our firm in a competitive market,” said A&G co-president Emilio Amendola. “We couldn’t be more proud of Alexandra’s accomplishments and look forward to her continued contributions for years to come.”
The Emerging Leaders Award honors accomplished professionals under the age of 40 who are shaping the future of dealmaking through innovation, leadership, and meaningful contributions to their industries and communities.
The Americas Rising Star Dealmaker program recognizes “brilliant and exceptional” young dealmakers for their “value-creating” achievements in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, growth investing and restructuring.
“I’m honored to be recognized alongside such accomplished dealmakers,” said Graiser. “Real estate is often one of the largest and most inflexible costs on a company’s income statement, and getting the strategy right can be genuinely transformative whether a client is planning for long-term efficiency or navigating a distressed scenario.”
