500 brands to participate in Simon’s National Outlet Shopping Day
For the fifth straight year, 90 of Simon’s Premium Outlets and The Mills locations will be celebrating National Outlet Shopping Day.
The nation’s largest shopping center operator reports that this year’s event — running from June 11-14 — will be the biggest yet, with some 6,000 offers from more than 500 retail brands. Top deals will feature discounts of up to 40%, 20% off $100 purchases, and buy-one-get-one offers on select food, services and merchandise.
Simon+ shopper members will receive double points on qualifying purchases all weekend and take advantage of exclusive gifts and experiences with purchases that include brand giveaways, VIP lounge access, customization stations, and complimentary tote bags while supplies last.
"National Outlet Shopping Day has become one of the most anticipated shopping events of the year because it's the perfect way to kick off summer," said Simon CMO Lee Sterling.
The event runs throughout the country. Simon’s Woodbury Common in the Hudson River Valley is one of the nation’s most highly-trafficked outlets, with bus traffic arriving daily from New York City. On the West Coast, the 180-plus stores at Simon’s Desert Hills center draws visitors from Los Angeles, a one-hour drive away. And its Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Fla., is packed with 350-plus shops.
Simon reports that its summer savings happening has continued to gain notoriety and velocity, garnering a 65% increase in shopper participation since it debuted in 2022.
"Shoppers enjoy unreal deals from the world's best brands and score a fashion haul right before the barbeques and beach vacations of summer,” noted Sterling. “But it's the energy and excitement that truly sets the day apart. It's a celebration of savings, style and of spending time together."
