More than 80,000 fans will be attending SummerSlam 2025 at the mall’s neighbor, MetLIfe Stadium.

Talk about a slam-bam event.

More than 40 WWE wrestlers will boom-boom-boom down for autographs and photo ops at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford, N.J. on Aug. 1-3.

The star grapplers will include Bret Hart, Charlotte Flair, Kurt Angle, Nikki Bella, the Undertaker, Damian Priest, and current Intercontinental Champ Bron Breakker.

They will be starring at the SummerSlam Superstore event, which is being promoted as the largest collection of SummerSlam merchandise ever presented under one roof.

The American Dream event will run in concert with WWE SummerSlam 2025, set to take place on Saturday, Aug. 2, and Sunday, Aug. 3 at MetLife Stadium, a neighbor of the massive Triple Five mall in the New Jersey Meadowlands. More than 40,000 tickets have been sold for each Slam event.

One of the prime matches at SummerSlam 22025 pits Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena for the WWE Championship. It will be the final SummerSlam appearance for Cena, the current Undisputed WWE Champion, who used his grappling career to launch a wide-ranging Hollywood acting career.

Cena’s films include “The Marine,” “Trainwreck,” “Bumblebee" and “F9.”

American Dream’s SummerSlam Superstore will tempt fans with replica championship titles, superstar apparel, signed memorabilia, collectibles, and more. Fans are also invited to tune into WWE on Fanatics Live for a chance to win exclusive WWE collectibles and autographed memorabilia through live auctions, breaks, and giveaways.

In 1995, American Dream’s Triple Five sister property, Mall of America, initiated the company’s wrestling relationship when it hosted Monday Nitro, World Championship Wrestling’s first nationally televised event that featured superstars Hulk Hogan, Sting, and Rick Flair

MOA revived the event in 2023 with Saturday Night Nitro, which was hosted by the Minneapolis-based company First Wrestling in the mall’s Rotunda. Headliners included the clown-faced Brothers of Funstruction and the male-female tag team Effie and Allie Katch.
