Senior executives from Tuesday Morning, Bridgestone and PetSmart are among those headlining a retail conference organized by the Center for Retailing Studies at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.
The Retailing Summit will feature a theme of “Creating a Customer-Centric World” and be held for a full day on Thursday, October 13 and the morning of Friday, October 14 at the Westin Galleria in Dallas. Top retailers scheduled to participate currently include Stu Crum President of Bridgestone Retail, Eran Cohen, chief customer experience officer at PetSmart and Melissa Phillips, president and COO of Tuesday Morning.
The Retailing Summit is bill as an event where retailers worldwide gather for a day and a half to address broad but timely topics, while outlining practical solutions for business success, engaging with customers and employees, understanding changing trends, marketing strategy and financial planning.
