Morgan Hill, Calif., The Thomas Kinkade Co., retailer and manufacturer of paintings that often depict idealized visions of house and home, and retailer Saks Inc. have formed a partnership. Saks’ Parisian banner will carry The Prestige Collection, an exclusive line of Thomas Kinkade art products.
