Boss, Breitling, Golden Goose, David Yurman, and L'Occitane arrive in Columbus.

Easton Town Center, a mixed-use shopping destination in Columbusis welcoming several new high-end tenants to its roster this year.

The massive lifestyle center, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, will enhance its retail offerings with an expanded Louis Vuitton store — the largest in Ohio — along with David Yurman, Golden Goose, Boss, and Breitling. In addition to the new tenants, luxury skincare and cosmetics retailer L’Occitane will be moving and expanding into a larger space at Easton Town Center at 4037 Fenlon St.

“We are thrilled to expand our premium brand offerings with national retailers like Louis Vuitton and David Yurman,” said Spencer Jordan, senior VP of leasing of Steiner + Associates. “The Easton leasing team has been committed to intentional tenant curation for the last 25 years. This group of new and expanded retailers is a direct result of that commitment.”

The additions and relocation continue the expansion at Easton. Last November, Victoria’s Secret debuted an updated store design concept at the center. Last May, Allbirds, Alo Yoga, Fount, and Jo Malone London all opened locations at Easton, along with several new restaurants.

“Ohio has been a hotbed of luxury growth, and the epicenter of that growth has been Columbus,” wrote Spencer Jordan in a Chain Store Age piece about Easton’s expanding luxury roster. “Not only has Columbus experienced impressive growth in the last decade, but it’s an accurate economic indicator for Middle America and a dynamic test market for retailers."

Easton Town Center features over 250 restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Its recent expansion added 140,000 square feet of new entertainment, restaurant, hotel and retail offerings in addition to 125,000 square feet of new office space now open with living options to come.

Chain Store Age named Easton Town Center the No. 1 Retail Center Experience in the nation in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
