Holiday megastore lights the way for seamless shopping

Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland is obtaining a complete view of digital and physical operations.

Frankenmuth, Mich.-based Bronner’s stocks more than 50,000 trims and gifts and operates a physical store the size of one-and-a-half football fields (and that is annually visited by more than two million people)  as well as a website and catalog. The company stores inventory in two offsite warehouses.

To gain a single view of its business and connect its financial, e-commerce, POS and warehouse data, Bronner’s is implementing the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. Leveraging NetSuite, Bronner’s intends to unify the physical and digital shopping experiences to help personalize customer service and ultimately, drive more sales.

In addition, as a result of enabling the integration and automation of core financial and other critical business functions via NetSuite, Bronner’s will seek to improve efficiencies, enhance decision-making and gain a single view into data across e-commerce, supply chain, inventory, billing and finance systems.

Bronner’s will deploy NetSuite modules, including the SuiteCommerce unified commerce and SuiteCommerce InStore omnichannel POS applications, to create a streamlined, personalized shopping and checkout experience for customers both online and in-store. Systems integration and development services provider BTM Global will implement the platform for Bronner’s.

“NetSuite will enable us to take advantage of a seamless and complete suite of applications to ensure our customers have a superior experience with us, and our staff are empowered to give them the best possible service,” said Carla Bronner Spletzer, VP of Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland. “BTM Global’s retail experience, thoughtful project approach, knowledgeable implementation team, and skill with managing the other partners exceeded our expectations and made this project a success. They were with us every step of the way.”
