Amazon gives business customers access to Coupa platform
The Amazon Business business-to-business procurement store is expanding its collaboration with a spend management platform.
In a move first announced in September 2024, Amazon Business is joining the Coupa Advantage Program. The program provides Coupa Advantage customers in the U.S. access to discounts on a selection of thousands of Amazon Business members’ products, as well as a 50% discount on Business Prime plans for a 12-month period for Coupa Advantage customers in the U.S., Canada, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and the U.K.

Amazon Business has worked with Coupa since 2017 to offer a seamless purchasing experience within the Coupa platform to its members and integrates the back-office capabilities of Coupa for purchases by its members on the platform.

Amazon Business has more than 6 million business customers, ranging from sole proprietors to multinational enterprises. Features and benefits include a curated site experience, Business Prime, business-only pricing and selection, single or multi-user business accounts, approvals workflow, purchasing system integrations, payment solutions, tax exemptions, and dedicated customer support. Amazon Business is available in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and India.
