Tanger Factory Outlet Centers and Peterson Companies announced that construction has commenced on Tanger Outlets National Harbor, located in the National Harbor, the Washington, D.C., area's premier waterfront resort destination.
Greensboro, N.C.-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers and Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group announced Thursday that they have entered into a 50/50 joint venture agreement to develop a Tanger Outlet Center south of Houston, in Texas City.
Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. and The Peterson Cos. announced that they have entered into a joint venture agreement to develop, manage and lease Tanger Outlets at National Harbor.
