Westminster, Colorado, will redevelop former mall site

Westminster, Colo. — The Westminster Economic Development Authority and the city of Westminster, Colorado, have entered into an agreement with OliverMcMillan to redevelop the 105-acre site of the former Westminster Mall.



According to WEDA, the plan calls for multiple phases of mixed-use development including residential, commercial, retail and other uses. The project will also construct parks, a landscaped boulevard running north to south across the property, and walking and biking features.



City Council is expected to approve the development plan this fall.
