Three big box retailers come to Alliance Center

Fort Worth, Texas -- Trademark Property Co., a retail and mixed-use investor, developer and operator, has welcomed three national big box stores to Alliance Town Center. DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse), Men’s Wearhouse and Sleep Experts have all opened at the 1 million-sq.-ft. outdoor shopping center in Fort Worth, Texas.



DSW is leasing 15,000-sq.-ft. at the shopping center. The new Men’s Wearhouse location totals 5,500-sq.-ft. and the new Sleep Experts store measures 4,500-sq.-ft.



“Alliance Town Center has seen tremendous growth and remains one of the most successful centers in North Texas,” said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi. “This market-dominant center continues to build on its great merchandising mix and top tier sales performance.”

Trademark is continuing pre-leasing for the “Main Street” lifestyle expansion. It is tentatively scheduled to open in spring 2016 and will feature an estimated 175,000 sq. ft. of new specialty retail and restaurants, and a hotel. Once completed, Alliance Town Center will have 1.15 million sq. ft. of retail, restaurants and entertainment.
