Present Value Properties names new VP

Tustin, Calif. -- Retail real estate brokerage and consulting firm Present Value Properties announced that it has named Andrew McLean as VP. McLean, who will be based in the firm’s Tustin, California, office, most recently served as a VP with Lee & Associates.



During his 12 years in the business, McLean has procured real estate for retail developments as well as conducted leasing negotiations for new developments and existing retail centers. In addition, he handles both tenant and landlord leasing and sales throughout Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.
