Four tenants for Park West Village in Morrisville, N.C.

Morrisville, N.C. — Earth Fare, Pier I Imports, Blackfinn Ameripub and Charming Charlie have inked new leases at Park West Village in Morrisville, N.C., according to the center’s owner, CASTO.



Earth Fare, an organic health foods grocer, will occupy a 25,000 sq. ft. location. Pier I has taken 10,000 sq. ft. and plans to open this summer. Blackfinn Ameripub, a full-service restaurant with a pub has leased about 6,000 sq. ft. With plans to open early this month, Charming Charlie will occupy 6,000 sq. ft.
