Brixmor announces lineup of openings and lease executions

New York City -- Brixmor Property Group announced Tuesday a number of nationally recognized retailers have executed leases or have recently opened in time for the holiday shopping season. The addition of these new stores expands the presence of these tenants across the Brixmor portfolio.



“We are pleased with the partnerships we continue to enhance with these well-branded, nationally recognized retailers. Working in connection with the retailers’ future store needs, we plan to redevelop a number of our shopping centers over the next 18 months, gaining more of their current store prototypes,” said Timothy J. Bruce, executive VP leasing and redevelopment, Brixmor Property Group.



Retailers recently executing leases with Brixmor include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, DSW, Kohl’s, Marshalls, Michaels, OfficeMax, Ross Dress for Less, Toys “R” Us, Ulta and Walmart.
