Philadelphia -- Fameco Real Estate said that its Center City leasing team has signed seven new retail leases in Philadelphia.
On Walnut Street, Chipotle leased 2,300 sq. ft., Swarovski leased 1,800 sq. ft., and Urban Igloo entered the market with its first lease.
Four additional food purveyors have signed leases including Ho Choi Grocer‘s 1,200 sq.-ft. lease on S. 8th St., Insomnia Cookies on S. 16th St., and Sweet Box on South 13th St. At S. 18th St., European Wax leased 1,300 sq. ft. for its first Philadelphia location.
