Orlando, Fla. -- Workforce management solution-provider Empower Software Solutions said Monday that BJ’s Wholesale Club has launched the rollout of EmpowerWFM, the company’s workforce management solution, across BJ’s 198 locations in 15 states.
The decision to rollout to all clubs follows a successful pilot of the solution.
In the pilot phase, BJ’s leveraged all core modules of EmpowerWFM, including labor forecasting, scheduling, budgeting and time and attendance. All modules will be part of the full rollout.
“After evaluating a number of workforce management solutions and successfully piloting Empower Software’s solution, we are excited to begin this full-club deployment,” says Scott Floeck, SVP business information officer, BJ’s Wholesale Club.
