Fort Worth, Texas -- Customer analytics firm Buxton announced it will officially launch the latest version of its real estate and analytics platform at the International Council of Shopping Centers RECon show in Las Vegas later this month.
SCOUT 3.0 is a cloud-based, data visualization and analytics tool used by executives in the retail industry to execute real estate and marketing strategies. The platform includes dashboard capabilities for C-level executives to see performance across their entire organization via mobile/tablet technology.
“For a retailer to be able to visualize their customers at the household level is a real game-changer,” said Charles Wetzel, CEO, Buxton.
SCOUT illustrates who a retailer’s customers are, where they are located, and the value of those customers to the retail organization. The platform connects decision makers from executives, operations, marketing and merchandising to Buxton’s custom analytic models.
New features in the platform include Google street view, split screen views, loading and editing customer data, full market optimization, reverse geocoding by clicking on a map, dynamic thematic mapping, mobile and tablet capability, and unlimited scenario testing.
SCOUT 3.0 will be featured during in the Marketplace Mall at RECon 2012 on Monday, May 21 at 3:00.
